Return & Refund Policy

At Supply Paws, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely and meets the quality standards your pets deserve.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be free from damage, stains, pet hair, or signs of use

  • Be returned in the original packaging or secure protective packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened hygiene-related products where applicable


How To Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was received

  • The item is defective

For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Supply Paws is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
