Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our team begins preparing your items for shipment.

Processing time typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Orders under $50 → Flat shipping fee of $4.99

  • Orders over $50 → Complimentary shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 8–12 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays outside our control may occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update within the carrier’s system.

You can use your tracking number at any time to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you quickly.
